My Tickets and your emails
Where your event tickets are listed in My Account, what each status means, and the emails you'll get.
Once you’ve bought tickets or RSVPed to an event, a My Tickets tab appears in My Account. It lists every event you’ve bought or RSVPed for. (If you’ve never bought a ticket, you won’t see the tab.)
What’s on My Tickets
- Check-in code: the QR code you show at the door, when you have tickets to an upcoming event. If the Orders tab is already showing your store pickup code, My Tickets says “Your door check-in code is the pickup code on the Orders tab.” instead. It’s the same code. See Check in at the door.
- A table of your purchases with the Event, Date, Tickets (for example “2 tickets” or “1 table of 10 (10 seats)”), Amount (or “Free”) and Status.
- A Find events button that takes you back to the Events page.
Each purchase is its own row. If you bought tickets for the same event twice, you’ll see two rows.
Ticket status
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Confirmed | You’re on the list. Nothing more to do. |
| Being reviewed by the krewe | Your payment arrived just after the event filled up. The krewe will either confirm your tickets or cancel and refund them, and will let you know. |
| Cancelled | The krewe cancelled this purchase. If they refunded you, it shows how much, for example “Cancelled — refunded $50.00”. |
My Tickets is for viewing only. You can’t change or cancel tickets there; ask your krewe. See Cancellations and refunds.
Emails you’ll get
- “Your tickets:” followed by the event name, when your purchase or RSVP is confirmed. It has the date, the place, what you have and what you paid. This is your receipt.
- “Tickets cancelled:” followed by the event name, if the krewe cancels your tickets. If they refunded you, it says how much.
These are account emails, so they still arrive if you’ve turned off krewe announcements. If you can’t find one, check your spam folder, then look on My Tickets, which always has the latest. For more on email settings, see My Account.
