If you’re not a member yet
What My Account shows when you have an account but haven't joined the krewe, and how to join.
You can have an account on your krewe’s site without being a member yet, for example if you created an account to buy event tickets or to start registering later. In that case My Account looks simpler.
What you see
Your header card shows your name and email with a “Not a member yet” badge. Below it is a card headed “Join” followed by your krewe’s name and the season year.
- When registration is open: the card says the next step is registering as a member, with a Join the krewe button. Click it to start registering.
- When registration is closed: the card says “Registration is closed right now. Check back when the krewe opens registration for the season.”
Only three tabs appear until you join:
- Contact info: your name and email, your phone and mailing address, and your email preferences.
- Security: change your password.
- Support: send the krewe a message.
Once you start registering, have a member type, or have any dues or orders on your account this season, you get the full page with all its tabs. See A tour of My Account.
“No account with” your krewe
One login can work across more than one krewe on the same system. If you sign in to a krewe’s site where your login isn’t connected to a membership, you’ll see a page headed “No account with” followed by the krewe’s name, explaining that you’re signed in but not connected to a membership with this krewe.
- If registration is open to you, there’s a Register button to join.
- If not, it suggests contacting the krewe if you think it’s a mistake.
- Log out signs you out, for example so you can sign in with a different login.
If you expected to be a member already, check that you signed in with the same email address the krewe has for you.
