Your balance, payments and receipts
See your dues, payments, credits and balance on the Dues tab of My Account, and the receipt and confirmation emails you'll get.
Everything you owe and pay toward your dues for the season is on the Dues tab of My Account. Store purchases are kept separately on the Orders tab.
Open the Dues tab
- Sign in and go to My Account.
- In the menu on the left (or the row of buttons along the top on a phone), under Billing, select Dues.
What the Dues tab shows
At the top is your balance for this season:
- Balance due and the amount, plus Due by [date] if your krewe set a due date, when you owe money.
- Balance with Paid in full when you’ve paid everything.
- Nothing owed when there’s nothing on your account yet.
Below it is a table of everything on your account this season, with these columns:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Date | When it was added. |
| Description | What it is, for example your season’s dues, a Card payment, a Partial payment fee or a fine. |
| Type | Charge (something you owe), Payment (money you paid) or Credit (an amount the krewe took off). |
| Amount | Charges are positive; payments and credits are shown as negative amounts, so the column adds up to your balance. |
When you owe money, a Make a payment box appears below the table. See Pay the rest of your balance. When you don’t, you’ll see You’re all paid up.
The Dues tab shows the current season only.
Emails you’ll get
| Email (default subject) | When it’s sent |
|---|---|
| Payment received: [amount] | Each time a payment is added to your account, whether you paid by card online or the krewe recorded a cash or check payment. It shows the amount, how you paid, the date and your remaining balance. |
| You’re registered for [year]! | When your membership becomes active for the season. |
Your krewe can reword these emails, and can turn them off, so yours may look a little different or not arrive at all. The Dues tab is always the up-to-date record of what you’ve paid.
If emails aren’t arriving, see Troubleshooting.
