Check in at the door
Show your check-in code or give your name at the door, and how guests in your party are checked in.
You don’t need a paper ticket. At the door, krewe volunteers check you in on their phones by scanning your check-in code or finding your name on the list.
Find your check-in code
- Open My Account and click the My Tickets tab.
- Your Check-in code is at the top: “Show this code at the door to check in.”
If My Tickets says “Your door check-in code is the pickup code on the Orders tab.”, click Orders and use Your pickup code. It’s one code for both store pickups and events.
The code only shows while you have confirmed tickets to an upcoming event. A screenshot works too, but if you ever get a new code from the Orders tab, the old screenshot stops working.
Before you leave home, open My Tickets or take a screenshot of your code, in case the signal at the venue is poor. Turn your screen brightness up when you show it.
At the door
- Show your code. The volunteer scans it and your name comes up with how many tickets or seats you hold.
- No code? Just give your name. The volunteer can search for you by name or email.
- The volunteer counts in the people from your party who are there.
Bringing guests
Your krewe doesn’t record guest names. Your guests are counted under your name: if you bought 4 tickets, up to 4 people can be checked in on your purchase. Guests who arrive separately can give your name at the door, and the volunteer adds them to your count.
If you bought a table, everyone at your table checks in under your name the same way.
If you’re not on the list
- Only confirmed tickets are on the door list. If My Tickets shows Being reviewed by the krewe or Cancelled, you won’t be on it. Ask your krewe.
- The door check-in can’t sell tickets. If you haven’t bought yet, buy on the Events page before sales close, or ask your krewe.
