Pay the rest of an order
Pay off some or all of your store balance from My Account, and how payments are applied to your orders.
If you paid part of an order at checkout, the rest is your store balance. You pay it from My Account whenever you’re ready, all at once or in a few payments. Your items can’t be handed out (or loaded onto your float) until the order is paid in full, so pay before the pickup day.
Pay your balance
- Open My Account and click the Orders tab.
- Find the season box that shows a Store balance.
- In the Amount ($) box, leave the full balance or type a smaller amount.
- Click Pay balance. You’ll see “Taking you to our secure payment page…”.
- Pay by card on the secure payment page.
You’re brought back to the Orders tab with “Thank you — your payment is being recorded. It can take a minute to show here.” Reload the page after a minute to see your new balance. You’ll also get a “Payment received” email as your receipt.
If you leave the payment page without paying, you’ll see “Payment cancelled — nothing was charged.”
How much you can pay
- Each payment must be at least $1.00.
- If you pay part, at least $1.00 has to be left owing. For example, on a $50.00 balance you can pay anything from $1.00 to $49.00, or the full $50.00.
- A balance under $2.00 can only be paid in full.
The note under the Amount ($) box shows the exact range for your balance. There’s never a partial payment fee on balance payments.
How your payment is applied
Your balance covers all your store orders for that season, not just one. A balance payment pays off your oldest unpaid order first, then the next. Store credit is applied the same way. Once an order is paid in full, its items show Ready for pickup straight away.
If you can’t pay online
If you see “Online payments are not available right now. Contact support to arrange payment.”, the krewe’s card payments are switched off for the moment. Click Contact support to message the krewe. They may take a check or cash and record it for you; it then shows on the Orders tab like any other payment.
Store balances are separate from dues. Paying your store balance doesn’t pay your dues, and paying your dues doesn’t pay for store orders. Dues are on the Dues tab. See Joining and dues.
