Buy a whole table

When your krewe sells tables as well as single tickets: how to buy one, how tables are counted and what you'll see.

If your krewe sells tables for an event, such as a table of 10 at a ball, you can buy a whole table at its own price instead of buying tickets one by one. Tables share the event’s seats with single tickets.

Buy a table

  1. On the Events page, find the event. Events with tables have two rows: one for Tickets and one for tables, for example Tables of 10 โ€” $500.00 each (your krewe sets the size and price).
  2. In the tables row, enter how many tables you want.
  3. Click Buy tables and pay on the secure payment page. If the table is free, the button says RSVP and you’re confirmed straight away.

When it’s confirmed, you’ll see a message such as “You’re confirmed: 1 table of 10 (10 seats).” and you’ll get the “Your tickets” email. Your table appears on the My Tickets tab in My Account the same way, for example “2 tables of 10 (20 seats)”.

Things to know

  • Tables and single tickets are bought separately. To buy both, finish one purchase, then make the other.
  • The limit on tickets per person doesn’t apply to tables, and tables don’t count toward it. The event shows how many tables you have, for example “You have 1 table”.
  • You can buy as many tables as are left. The event shows how many, for example “120 seats left ยท 3 tables left”.
  • Tables can sell out before single tickets do. If you see Tables sold out, single tickets may still be on sale.
  • If someone buys the last tables while you’re deciding, you’ll see “Sorry โ€” that many tables are no longer available.” and the page updates to show what’s left.
  • Your krewe doesn’t collect guest names for your table. You’re the person on the list, and your guests check in under your name. See Check in at the door.
  • Table numbers and seating are arranged by your krewe, not on the Events page. Ask your krewe if you have a question about where you’ll sit.
