Sign in and sign out

Your krewe’s home page is its sign-in screen, called the member portal. You sign in there with the email address (or username) and password for your account.

Sign in

1. Go to your krewe’s home page. If you’re signed out you’ll see Welcome to the [your krewe] member portal.
2. Enter your Email or username and your Password.
3. Tick Keep me logged in if you’re on your own phone or computer and want to stay signed in.
4. Select Log in.

You land on My Account. If you were trying to open a particular page (a link to the store, say), you go back to that page instead.

Officers and volunteers who help run the krewe may land on the krewe’s tools instead of My Account. They can still reach My Account from there.

If sign-in doesn’t work

• That username or password didn’t match. Try again, or reset your password. Check the email address for typos and try your password again. If you’re not sure of it, reset your password.
• Too many tries. Wait a few minutes and try again, or reset your password. After several wrong passwords in a short time, sign-in is paused for up to 15 minutes. You can wait, or reset your password in the meantime.

Sign out

Select Log out. It’s at the right end of the bar at the top of My Account, the store and the events page, and also at the bottom of My Account. You go back to the sign-in screen with the message You’re logged out.

Always sign out on a shared or public computer, and don’t tick Keep me logged in there.

Signed in on other devices

You can be signed in on your phone and computer at the same time. If you change your password from My Account (on the Security tab), your other devices are signed out and you stay signed in on the one you used.
