A tour of My Account

My Account is where you check on your membership, see what you owe, find your orders and tickets, and keep your details up to date. Open it by clicking My Account in the bar at the top of any member page, or go to /account/ on your krewe’s site. If you aren’t signed in, you’ll be asked to log in first and then brought straight back.

Everything on this page is about you. Nobody else’s details show here, and you can’t see other members’ accounts.

The top of the page

At the very top is the member bar, the same one you see across the member pages. It has your krewe’s name and logo, links to My Account and the Store, an Events link when the krewe has an event you can sign up for, and Log out. If you also help run the krewe, small icons on the right take you back to the krewe’s tools.

Below that is your header card: your name, your email address, a badge with your member type (or “Not a member yet”) and a badge for the current season, such as “2027 season”.

Panels above the tabs

Two panels can appear above the tabbed area. You only see them when they apply to you.

• Your float: shown when your krewe uses floats and you’re on one this season. Before the krewe publishes your float it just says your float assignment isn’t out yet; once it’s published you see your float, your seat, your float’s lieutenant and a seat chart. See Riding in the parade.
• Directions: where the krewe’s den is, and for riders, where parade staging is this season, each with a Get directions button when the krewe has set an address.

The tabs

The rest of the page is split into tabs. On a computer they’re in a menu down the left side, grouped under Membership, Billing and Account. On a phone the tabs wrap into a row of buttons above the content. Each tab has its own web address (for example /account/#support), so you can bookmark a tab or share a link to it.

Membership

The Membership tab shows where you stand this season:

• Membership this season: your Status (Active once this season’s registration is paid, otherwise Inactive) and a line about your registration, such as “Registered — paid”, “Registered — spot saved” (paid enough to hold your place, with the remaining balance and due date), “Awaiting payment”, “Registration not finished” or “Not registered”. When registration is open to you, a Register for or Finish registering button appears here. It also lists your Member type and the Season.
• Your lieutenant: your go-to person in the krewe, with their name, email and phone, or “No lieutenant assigned yet.” The krewe assigns your lieutenant; you can’t change it yourself.
• Costume size: only if your krewe is collecting sizes. See Update your details.
• My details: only if your krewe asks members extra questions. Your answers to questions the krewe no longer asks are kept underneath as Earlier answers, read-only.

My Throws

My Throws lists the throws and throw packages from your store orders, with the season, item, quantity, order number and a status such as “Ready for pickup”, “Handed out 2 of 3” or “Delivered to float”. If you haven’t bought any yet, it links you to the store.

My Tickets

My Tickets only appears once you’ve bought tickets or RSVPed for an event. It lists each event, its date, your tickets, the amount (or “Free”) and the status. When you have tickets for an upcoming event it also shows your Check-in code to show at the door. The Find events button takes you to the krewe’s events page. See Events for more.

Dues

The Dues tab shows this season’s dues, any fines, your payments and any credits, with your balance at the top. If you owe money, a Make a payment card appears. When your krewe takes card payments online, its Pay online button lets you pay all or part of your balance; otherwise it explains how to arrange payment through the Support tab. For more about registering and dues, see Joining and dues.

Orders

The Orders tab holds your store orders, grouped by season. Each season shows your store balance, any store credit, and a table of orders with the items, total, amount paid, balance and status. If you owe on your store orders and the krewe takes payments online, you can pay all or part of it here with Pay balance. When you have items waiting to be collected this season, Your pickup code appears at the top of this tab. An Orders ledger at the bottom lists this season’s merchandise charges and payments. Contact info

Contact info shows your name and email and lets you update your phone number and mailing address. Below it is Email preferences, where you choose whether to get krewe emails. See Update your details and Email preferences.

Security

Security is where you change your password. See Change your password.

Support

Support lets you send the krewe a message. See Contact the krewe.

Logging out

Click Log out in the top bar or at the bottom of the page.
