Who to contact

How to reach your krewe for help with your account, dues, registration or anything this help doesn't cover.

Your krewe runs its own site and looks after its members’ accounts, dues and registrations. For anything you can’t sort out with this help, contact your krewe.

Send a message from My Account

The easiest way is the Support tab on My Account.

  1. Sign in and go to My Account.
  2. Open the Support tab. Under Contact support it says Questions about your membership, dues or account? Send the krewe a message.
  3. Add a Subject if you like, and write your Message.
  4. Select Send message. You’ll see Thanks — your message was sent. We’ll reply to [your email].

Your message goes to your krewe, and they reply by email to the address on your account. You can send one message a minute.

Include the details that help them answer quickly: what you were trying to do, what the page said, and for payments, the date and amount.

If you can’t sign in

The Support tab needs you to be signed in. If you can’t get in, first try Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen. If that doesn’t work, contact your krewe the way it usually reaches members: a krewe officer, your lieutenant if you ride on a float, or the contact details your krewe shares.

Your lieutenant

If you ride on a float, your krewe may assign you a lieutenant. Their name and contact details are on the Membership tab of My Account, under Your lieutenant. They’re a good first stop for questions about the float and parade day. Questions about dues and your account are best sent to the krewe through the Support tab.

What your krewe can help with

  • Changing your name or email address.
  • Clearing a blocked email address.
  • Recording cash or check payments, and refunds.
  • Your member type, registration and the waiting list.
  • Adding you to the site if your krewe doesn’t use sign-ups.

This help site can’t see or change your account, so please contact your krewe rather than the help site.
