I can’t sign in
What to do when your password isn't accepted, you're locked out for too many tries, a link has expired, or the site says you have no account with this krewe.
Find the message you’re seeing (or the problem you’re having) below.
“That username or password didn’t match”
- Check the email address for typos. Use the address your krewe has for you; it may be an older one.
- Passwords are case-sensitive. Check Caps Lock, and that your phone hasn’t capitalized the first letter.
- Still stuck? On the sign-in screen select Forgot your password? and choose a new one. It only takes a minute.
“Too many tries”
Too many tries. Wait a few minutes and try again, or reset your password. means there have been several wrong passwords in a short time from your device or network. Sign-in is paused for up to 15 minutes. Wait, or use Forgot your password? in the meantime.
The reset or welcome link doesn’t work
Password links work once and expire after about a day. If you see That reset link has expired or was already used. Request a new one below., enter your email address on that page to get a fresh link. If you asked for more than one, use the newest email.
For sign-up confirmation links (which expire after 24 hours), you’ll see This link has expired. Select Sign up again to get a new one.
The reset email never arrives
Check your spam folder and that you used the address your krewe has for you. If nothing comes at all, your address may be blocked after earlier emails bounced. See I’m not getting emails. If you can’t get in any other way, ask your krewe for help (see Who to contact).
“No account with [your krewe]”
If you sign in and see No account with [your krewe] and You’re signed in, but your login isn’t connected to a membership with this krewe., your login works but isn’t linked to this krewe’s site. This can happen if you have an account with a different krewe that uses the same system.
- If registration is open, the page says Registration is open — you can join now. Select Register.
- Otherwise, contact your krewe and ask them to add you.
“Your session expired”
If My Account says Your session expired. Reload the page and sign in again., you were signed out in the background (for example after changing your password on another device). Reload the page and sign in.
I never had a password
If your krewe created your account, you set your password from the link in your welcome email. If you no longer have that email, or the link has expired, use Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen. It works for new accounts too.
